When it comes to specialty turntables, Hovair Systems Inc., are very well known in the industry for their ingenuity in producing turntables for use in various aspects of manufacturing. Component feed systems, liquid distribution and many other uses can be handled by a Hovair Systems' specialty turntable.

To the left is a turntable specially designed for holding  drums that contain liquids. The turntable ensures either a continuity of feed or the ability to switch and/or mix liquids.

The turntable to the right shows a typical component feed situation where the rear basket can be re-loaded while the front can be worked to the system.

Newstar Turntables

Newstar specialty turntable base for component feed and factory automation systems.Pictured here is one of our Newstar Turntables that is powered with dual air bearings: upper set to operate the turntable, and lower set to float the turntable to various locations as necessary.

This picture shows the turntable with the top removed to highlight the set of upper air bearings that power the rotation of the turntable. The turntable can be programmed to rotate at various intervals, or set degree stops, or simply rotated manually as necessary.

The top of this turntable has T-slots which allow loads of various shapes and sizes to be secured to the top for safe operation.
